PNB ONE is a comprehensive mobile banking app that provides a wide range of banking services all in one place. With PNB ONE, you can easily transfer funds, view your account statement, invest in term deposits, manage your debit and credit cards, and access many other exclusive services.

Please note that PNB ONE is the official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank and is available to customers across all operators.

Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App:

• Interactive Interface: The dashboard has been redesigned to offer more features and the ability to access all your accounts in one place.
• Accounts: All your accounts (savings, deposits, loans, overdrafts, and current) are displayed in an illustrative manner. You can also view detailed account statements and check your balances.
• Transfer Funds: You can easily make regular transfers between your own accounts (labeled as "Self"), transfers within PNB accounts ("Within"), and transfers to non-PNB accounts ("Other"). Additionally, you can use NEFT/IMPS/UPI for interbank fund transfers. For instant transfers without adding a beneficiary, IMPS using MMID or quick transfer options are available. The app also supports Indo-Nepal remittance.
• Invest Funds: PNB ONE allows you to open term deposit accounts, invest in mutual funds, and access insurance services.
• Transactions: The "My Transactions" feature displays all your recent transactions, while the "My Favorite Payee" section shows a list of recent payees. You can also schedule recurring transactions.
• Safe and Secure: The app offers fast and simple sign-in using your fingerprint, along with 2-factor authentication and encryption for added security.
• Manage Debit Card: You can apply for a new debit card, update ATM withdrawal and POS/E-Comm transaction limits, and hotlist a debit card if necessary.
• Manage Credit Card: The app allows you to link or unlink your credit card, register for auto payments, change your credit limit, receive statements on email, and request a replacement for a damaged card.
• Unified Payment Interface (UPI): Use UPI to send or collect money, access transaction history, manage complaints, and easily deregister as a user.
• Scan & Pay (BHARAT QR): Make payments by scanning QR codes directly from the app. Link your cards once for easy payments.
• Pay Bills/Recharge: You can register your billers for mutual funds, insurance, telecom, electricity, DTH, and credit cards. Once registered, you can conveniently pay your bills directly from the app.
• Languages: PNB ONE is available in both English and Hindi.
• Cheques: The app allows you to inquire about the status of cheques, stop cheques, request a cheque book, and view cheques.
• M-Passbook: View your account statements and download them in PDF format for offline use.
• Favourites: Customize the app by adding or deleting your most frequently used functionalities as favorites.
• Value Added Services: Additional services include PAN/Aadhaar registration, updating your email ID, registering for e-statements, deregistering from e-statements, accessing MMID for IMPS, and viewing your last 10 SMS messages.
• Complaint Service Management: Easily raise a complaint or service request, track the status of your requests, and view your request history.
